  1. Delivery Responsibility: While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for missed occasions, such as birthdays, or ensuring delivery on an exact date. Please plan your purchase accordingly.
  2. Shipping Provider: All orders are shipped via DHL.

    • For shipments outside Europe, we operate under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms. This means the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes upon delivery.

    • We may offer free or discounted shipping for orders exceeding a specific product value. The minimum order value and discount vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

  2. Limited-Time Offers:

    • Promotional discounts, such as free shipping, are only valid for the specified promotional period and within the applicable regions.

Production Time

Our products are handmade with care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, production may take up to 1 month or longer before it is ready for shipment. During busy periods or high-demand seasons, additional delays may occur.
